It makes one really vibrate so I hope it's doing what it's supposed to. I have yet to watch videos to go along with, I'm looking forward to that. I like the Resistance Bands and mini bands. The resistance bands add to my workout from what I have done so far. There is a lot of instructional videos and some good ones on YouTube to choose from.

Really works!

I wasn't sure about this when I first got it. I thought...how exactly does standing on this while I'm doing basic exercises actually do anything. Until I tried it. I did some simple squats, some arm exercises, and some sitting ab exercises. Lasted about 10 minutes. The next day, my legs were actually sore! As simple as it seems it really forces your muscles to work. I'm looking forward to seeing what continued use will do.
