Quiet, seems to be built solid. Love the instruction card. It's great for beginners and I am older and it will be great for my bidy as I age. I can get a tough workout or one that is gentle but healthy

Prev previous owner of Life Pro Mini waiver. I like this version better it feels much more stable and of course it is larger so I feel like I can stand on it more comfortably I only had it for a week but I feel like it is a sturdy version.

I love the large shaker plate! It literally felt amazing trying many exercises. I first tried the pro autoset mode and was loving it so much! It was definitely a great introductory mode when you first purchase it. I love how you can use it for core, legs, arms, you name it!

Got our first waver a couple months ago and my husband and I use it almost daily. Love the way it makes me feel and the energy it creates. I can tell a difference in my lymphatic fluid also.

I’ve only been using the Waver plate for less than 2 weeks, and already feel so much muscle tension and pain relief in my body. I’m just getting into exploring doing more exercise with it, but so far I’m really enjoying the product.
