Just got my Waver today and am impressed with the quality of the product. Easy set up, light enough to move without assistance. I like the foot placement markings and appreciate the guide showing which stances work which muscles, areas of the body.

Giving 4 stars cuz it’s only day 2 but I bought a cheap plate and immediately upgraded to the life pro cuz I loved it. Chose this model for it’s reputation and the extras it comes with. I was happy to find a little work out chart in the box for getting started quick. The possibilities are endless with this new tool added to my repertoire. Been mostly using as anti stress for my body after long hours on my feet
