It is invorgating in the am and relaxing in the pm. Vibration plates are up there with PEMF as great for bones - this is much more accessible. It has a low enough setting to get you started. The walk-jog-run is a great feature - dont discount the different grades.

I just started using it today, and to register for the warranty, it's prompting me to also leave a review, which I wouldn't say I am ready to do as I have just started trying it out today. It's very interesting, and definitely shaking everything. Curious to find out if I will be sore.

The remote does not work properly. I’ve changed the batteries twice and the remote will work for that workout but does not for subsequent workouts.

I’ve been using the waver every morning, 2 weeks now, 5 minutes before exercising and 10 minutes after. Its still new to me but I think my legs feel a bit better, not as achy. I am enjoying it!
