Waver Vibration plate

I had used a very expensive vibration plate at a chiropractors office several years back. I really liked how it made me feel. The Waver Vibration plate gives me the same kind of results. Very excited about how it has helped the neuropathy in my feet.

Stress Reliever!

Although I’ve done the research on the other health benefits, I bought this with the intention of stress relief and to bring some joy in my life. And it’s done just that!! It seems silly, but it’s very hard not to giggle and feel good as your body jiggles. I’ll have to wait and see after a period of time if I notice any other benefits, but from first impressions, I love it!
