The BEST Out There!!

I bought this waver vibration plate in hopes that it would help with lymphatic drainage and circulation since I struggle with neuropathy, restless legs, joint pain all over and fatigue. The 1st time I got on it, just after a few minutes, I felt my body already starting to loosen up and relax. This so far has exceeded my expectations! I’ve only used it a few times so far but you better believe I will be utilizing this baby 2-3 times a day! My husband and kids have also all used it and love it. We are working out a schedule lol. 10/10 recommend. Worth the investment. Can’t wait to start seeing physical results.

I am just starting back exercising after several months. love the Waver! Although I just started using it, it is very quiet and I love how the top is marked as a reminder for intensity! It’s a great size for home use!

I am 48, multiple issues, very sedentary with hEDS and osteoarthritis. I got this to help me with lymphatic massage and pain relief.
I just did a 30 minute session using just the warm up and cool down, hamstrings, calf’s and than sat on it like a tik tok had shown from a lady who talked about using it to just rest and calm her system.
It was only one time, I don’t have a lot to say about staying power or time, so asking for my feedback so quickly is a bit much… but here it is.

Just purchased the vibration a few days ago so it’s too early to share any changes just but brought it to help with blood sugar control and improve fitness. So will see how it goes
