New Waver is the bomb

I’ve only had this waver board for a few days, so I can’t really give a complete review and I give it 4/5 stars for that reason, but everything this board can do and how it makes me feel afterwards, is pretty awesome! ?

Just purchased for bone density

I’m new to this machine. So far so good. It all went together easily. I tried it as recommended sitting in a chair to begin with since I’m a 70 year old who can experience balance issues. But soon I was standing on it, with the support of a chair back and checking out speed 1. Finally, I tried sitting on it to see how this felt as a potential way to relieve stress.
