A great addition to my workout schedule. The Waver also helps with stress reduction by relaxing the tension in your muscles. Just recently started using it, so am not able to share more about the benefits I get from using it.

After first use I can say that this is going to be a daily use product. I have Lymphedema in one leg and I can see how this will help with my lymphatic system.
