Waver=wonderful

Began using the waver in January after an injury from a fall …rehab was my motivation. Started slow and soon began to notice results! I have continued to build up my use and am happy to say I have continued to notice strength and better balance improvement. My husband also uses it and his comment was ‘I think your machine is helping lessen swelling in my legs’. We are mid 70’s and are very happy to have this waver become an everyday habit!

I just opened the box, easy to assemble. I sat in a chair as instructed, turned on for 15 minutes on speed 5. My lower legs felt relaxed after being on them all day.

I’m entering my second week of “playing” and getting used to this device. At first, it felt a little unfamiliar, but now I’m actually starting to enjoy doing exercises on it.
What surprised me most is that I also really enjoy just decompressing on it after a long day at work. It feels good on the body and gives me a moment to unwind.

One piece of feedback: it would be great if a longer cable option were available for purchase. Being tall (6'4"), having an extra foot or two of length would be awesome ?
Still early in the process, but so far, I’m glad I gave it a try.
