I have used the waiver for almost 3 weeks now and can honestly say I have such a relief in my stiff muscles and hips that I never thought would happen. I look forward to using it more and more and feeling better every day.

I have just recently been diagnosed with MS and have been reading how a vibration plate helps with symptoms. I can totally see how this is going to help me with my balance and lymph system. I am also looking forward to learning how to incorporate this into my workouts! Good quality machine. I'm impressed so far.
