We just received our vibration plate last week but have enjoyed exploring the different programs and settings. The shipment box was in good shape and protected the equipment. The vibration plate itself feels very sturdy. We're really looking forward to having this in our home.

Received my Waver yesterday. Absolutely love the color! (I got the purple one.) I experimented with a 5 minute manual setting at level 1 and a 5 minute program setting. This morning I used it again for 5 minutes. Looking forward to trying out different settings and exercises with it.
