I have the big one and highly recommend this size! Can do squats and lunges off if it and still maintain form! The different levels of vibration is cool but I like the hardest the best!

Off to a start !

I am introducing myself to the Lifepro Vibration Plate slowly, allowing my body to get used to the vibrations. 1st time I stood up on it, it made me feel dizzy. So, taking it a bit slower. Seated is perfect for now. I like that it came with the accessories: the mini bands and Resistance Bands. I know I will get use out of them!
