Helps me sleep without restless legs!!

I have been using this for a couple of months. It helps me a lot before going to bed, with my restless legs. It helps me fall asleep faster and relaxes me before bed. I haven't used it to its' full potential yet but I will!

I purchased this Waver plate after trying my niece’s smaller version. Needing for all sorts of health benefits ie lymph drainage, muscle cramps and weight loss. I have enjoyed using this one so far!!
