Effective but causes motion sickness

So far, I've found it works really well for strengthening and relieving tension. However, I am prone to motion sickness and it sadly it seems to make me dizzy and give me a headache after longer sessions. Hopefully I get used to it.

This plate is so much larger than the mini and I feel like I am going to get a better workout on it. Being that I’m 66 I feel like I needed more area to work on to do an efficient workout. I am impressed with the companies, lifetime warranty, and other perks. From the way they support and extras they give you I can tell this is going to be a quality product.
