I purchased this as a gift for my wife who has arthritis, pain, and fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis. This is helped with her leg and back pain as well as balance. She loves it says it’s the best gift ever.

I absolutely love my RumbleX 4D Vibration Plate! I love it so much that I bought a second one for my vacation home. I love the pre-programmed settings as well as the manual, and the remote-control is genius!
