Great, sturdy machine!!

I am loving my Rumblex machine. It is super sturdy and stable, and is one solid machine. Highly recommend this for anyone with Balance users as it is, as I mentioned, super solid. Not tippy like some other cheaper brands. I am still learning all of its functions but I have been pleasantly impressed so far. I feel so good having done 10 minutes on this. Really relaxing. The built in speaker is a lovely addition.

Great for mobility and lower back

I use this daily for leg cramps due to nerve damage from an injury years ago. It had helped me recover my balance, helps with circulation, back pain, active stretching, warming up, and recovery from heavy lifting and martial arts. For me, it's become an important part of my exercise routine and was worth every penny.

I had trouble for a while with it making frequent signal sounds. I have it on carpet with pad and also on the pad included under it to protect carpet. The sounds stopped when I removed the pad. Thinking the extra cushion made it signal that it was off balance. Just thought I would let you know incase anyone else has this complaint. I do love using it and it helps my balance and rehab after knee replacement.

Love my new Life Pro vibration plate!! I use it everyday for 10 minutes while doing some mobility and strength training exercises! So happy with it!
