Solid machine

Machine is solid and performs as designed. I bought primarily for core stabilization, and I can already tell it will be good for that.
I also wanted to see if it could help with my balance because of nerve damage from surgery in both legs - only time will tell if it helps but my guess is it will make a positive difference based on one weeks usage.

I wish the mat was a little more vibration-dampening. I use this primarily for warming up, cooling down, and recovery and it’s made a difference in how my muscles feel.
