My husband and I use this several times a week and for various reasons. I find it helps me wake up in the morning and get my body ready to face the day. At night, it helps calm my nervous system. So, I use it at different times of the day depending on what I need most. My husband has a physical job. The Rumblex helps reduce pain and tension in his over-used muscles.

I am extremely pleased with my LifePro Rumblex 4D Vibration Plate! From the moment I started using it, I noticed how sturdy and well-built it feels. The variety of vibration modes and intensity levels makes it easy to customize each workout, whether I want a gentle recovery session or a more challenging workout.
One of the things I appreciate most is how convenient it is to fit exercise into my day. Just 10–15 minutes on the vibration plate leaves me feeling energized, with less muscle stiffness and improved circulation. The included resistance bands are a great bonus and allow for a full-body workout without taking up much space.
The machine is surprisingly quiet, easy to operate, and compact enough to fit comfortably in my home. The remote control and preset programs make it simple to use, even for beginners.
