I've tried this only a few times. Sadly, it makes a rattling sound when it vibrates. For the cost ...not ok. I haven't had consistent workouts yet to say how I feel about it. I do feel like it has helped my recovery from tough workouts.

Buy this! If you are interested in balance and tone, buy this core strengthening beast. The easiest way to supplement your Pilates or yoga. I was shocked when I woke up the next day and I was mildly sore (in a good way) from my 20 minutes at level 2. You have to try it!
