Purchased the Rumblex Plus 4D plate to enhance my workout routine. Since purchase I have found that the Rumblex Plus is my go to when I have restless legs. It has helped greatly with relaxation. Would highly recommend purchasing.

A must have for all stages and ages of fitness. I mean the difference it makes helping breakdown lactic acid build up alone is everything. Let me not start with lymphatic drainage. We wonder why we walk around looking puffy and constantly getting sick. Shake it up!! Literally ?
