Better sleep

After using the Lifepro in the evening for the purpose of winding down and relaxing, I've noticed a difference in the time it takes to fall asleep. My menopausal night-time monkey mind isn't gone but also not all consuming.

I have 2 homes in different states so I have 2 of these machines. It is quiet and you feel the effect right away. I was having problems with fluid retention in my ankles and this really seems to help. I was a little sore the first couple days but that went away.
