Time will tell how my new rumblex 4D machine holds up just got it yesterday , with that said so far i love it . Once the controls are grasped the machine is fun and easy to use surprisingly the motors are pretty quiet and the machine runs smoothly it's great to have all the different accessories that come with the machine. The set up and use of the accessories could be illustrated a lot better with the booklet that comes with the machine. Thank goodness for online videos on how to use all the accessories.

So cool, I can tell the difference already. I am 79, almost 80. Excited and believing this will be a wonderful addition to my yoga classes and physical therapy exercise exercises.

Just set up and used! Gotta say ok I have balance issues so good thing I put it by a wall! Then I sat on it for my hips....awwww this is gonna be great!

Seen improvement on lymphedema

I suffer from lymphedema and lipedema brought on by cancer or cancer treatments. I have used compression garments, lymphatic drainage machine, manual lymph massage and other treatments to help with edema. So far I have seen a difference in just using it 5-10 minutes a day.
