I really like the various movements of the Rumblex. I feel the difference from my previous vibration plate which only had 1 movement. This is great!

Use it 20 minutes a day, after a long day of sitting at work and when don't have to exercise. Makes my body feel good and alleviates leg cramps / restless legs.
