Love Love Love it! I needed this vibration plate for exercise, muscle recovery and lymphatic system support! It’s been a game changer. It’s a great height for stepping on and off and is super easy to use. Wish I had gotten one sooner!

Fits my personal needs

With scoliosis and hip pain I am not able to work out the way I used to. The plate offers me so much more than shaking up my body systems and cells. I feel toned and tighter and I use the quiet time to meditate or worship. It’s made my mornings easier to do.
