I bought this after trying out a smaller one at my gym. I enjoyed it so much that I wanted to have access to it anytime! I love the program options because I don't have to be creative on my own! I love that it's wide enough for a wide stance which I enjoy as I do some squats. I also was having some lower back stiffness so I figured I'd try sitting on it to loosen up a little and it definitely helped with that! So versatile! Definitely happy with my investment!

I just received my Lifepro and am so excited to get started. I'll be 60 this year and want to improve and maintain my balance, lymphatic system and bone strength. I only tried once and can already feel it challenge my balance, it feels so good! I am impressed with the sturdiness and the quality of this unit. I can't wait to try the full scope of it's capabilities!

I love this vibration. Much bigger than I thought. Very well made. I feel very secure getting up on it. No fear of it tilting. Easy to operate and feels good while vibrating.

I have been using the Rumblex 4D Vibration Plate for a couple of months. It has definitely eased the pain I've had from lymphadema. I recommend it to anyone who is in recovery with lymphatic drainage issues.
