After trying a less expensive brand I decided to go all in and the 4D Rumblex did not disappoint. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for joint, muscle, and Lymphatic health.

Amputee benefits

I was gifted a vibration plate after I had used my mother in law’s. We realized quickly that I had been looking for a way to improve my residual limbs blood flow, and this was helping drastically. I often experience cold or painful cold in my prosthetic even while walking, 10-15 minutes standing or sitting on the plate has helped with perfusion of the limb, warmth, and feeling. I have not found a perfect solution, but this has been a great help and my specialist even agreed with the benefits I had explained!

I’ve reviewed a bazillion of these shake plates, and I absolutely love the versatility of this one. The intensity of it is amazing the way that it has the different functionalities makes it easy to switch from one move to the next.
