Product seems good - service not so good

If you have any questions about the product don't bother calling - they know nothing about the actual product - just how to look things up in a manual. Also, they want you to register your product right when you get it, and in order to access their videos to learn how to use it - but they also require you to review it before you can access any of that. My review might be better had I not been required to do it before even getting to use the product in any meaningful way.

Great addition to exercise routine. Drains lymph nodes and promotes blood circulation. Machine is quiet and easy to store away.

Today I unboxed my LifePro Rumblex Pro 4D
I did 10Min. Level 1 Beginners and It was very nice ??, My Only suggestion is mentioning the steps to ACTIVATE the Remote Control via the Battery. (Remove from Wristband, Open Remote and Remove Plastic Tab from the battery.)

I just received the Rumblex PRO yesterday so I have not sufficiently used the vibration plate yet . The unit is very nice and it is heavy ! Appears to be user friendly! I will be trying it out today !

So far, so good. Hard to tell how it works after less than a week, but it certainly does what it says, and gives you a good shake while you do the exercises.
