So far so good

I've heard a lot of good things about vibration plates over the past year or so, so I decided to take the plunge and try one out. I looked into a handful, and this seemed to have a lot of good feedback and I got it at a good time. It can get very intense, but there is a lot of customization with speed and how you want to vibrate. On first use I felt like my back loosened up a lot, so I'm looking forward to doing this long term and seeing how everything feels in the future.
