Nice to explore using this even at my injured-knee, slow-but-steady, 68 year-old female exploration pace. I'm really enjoying that it moves me ( my whole body) in ways I probably will never achieve through any other workout at my age and circumstances. I like how I feel afterward and I'm very grateful for its durable quality, great warranty, and encouragement from your company to reach out if I need any help. Love this vibration plate, after much research so glad I made this purchase. I was tempted to purchase a much more expensive version and am completely happy with this one. I also purchased a treadmill trek at the same time for under my standing desk and what a smart purchase!
