The machine itself is stable. I prefer the 4D mode the best. I’m 5’5”, the Nylon Hand Straps are too long for me to use as the Velcro can’t be adjusted shorter, same with the resistance bands. Otherwise I am enjoying it.

Morning stiffness say goodby … 10 minutes on Lifepro to start my day has been part of my daily workday routine. My gym has the same model to loosen up and relieve aches and pain to have a pain free workout. I’ve gifted older friends who are not physically able to get in a regular workout the smaller version and it’s changed their attitude towards being able to participate in a daily exercise routine.

I am just getting the plate setup. I was supposed to get a free perk for ordering which was the Lifepro Agility Mini Vibrating Massage Ball and that was NOT included. That’s disappointing. I will review again once I have it up, running and have used it for awhile. CB
