The vibration plate seems well made and runs quietly. Just finishing my first week and have used it for about five days straight thus far using all the presets; 1, 2, and 3. It is now part of my pre-season ski training regimen.

I have only had this a few days and have recommended it to everyone I know. Vibration alone helps stimulate your vagus nerve to activate your parasympathetic system, and 4D mode works muscles you didn't know you had. Whether you want to increase stability and balance or increase strength and muscle mass, this is an absolute game changer...I can't say enough good things.
