Just what I needed!

Recently diagnosed with osteoporosis, this vibration plate has made steps easier to climb and just overall makes me feel better. I use after weightlifting also. My husband is also using this and I'm praying it helps reduce the pain he has from peripheral neuropathy and arthritis.

Feeling the vibration

This thing really has the power. So far, we have noticed an improvement in our balance after using it for just a short time. You can feel the muscle contractions, and it's even more pronounced in the upper body when using the included static straps.
