At the age of 65 and recently diagnosed as diabetic, I needed a passive but effective means of exercise to help maintain blood glucose levels. The Rumblex Pro Vibration Plate helps with this via lymphatic drainage. And as a plus it has also helped with neuropathy in my feet. Get you one today... before you forget! :)
