Versatile in a Compact Package!

This thing is so versatile! You can do so many stretches, workouts, lymphatic draining for post workouts. I’m currently loving it for physical training for a foot surgery that’s caused years of chronic pain, a day on this thing is starting to really help me get back the strength and muscle loss.
