Effective in many ways!

I love to use the lifepro for several reasons. It provides a base for true muscle building exercise when used proactively (squats, etc) as well as the effect of loosening tight or sore muscles when relaxing/standing on plate. I also have experienced digestive relief from using the plate including minor nausea relief. I use the plate for these multiple reasons throughout the day.

Hi, I’ve only owned for 3 days and already love it. I made it a part of my everyday routine. It really helps with Lymphatic drainage. I also make up my own exercises and it is been working out great. I will check back later as I better familiarize myself.
