Love it!!! It has alleviated my back pain, melted my neck tension and relaxed me before bed. I’m a Pilates instructor, and feel my pelvic floor and deep abdominal muscles activate just by standing on it. It’s worth every penny!

I set this up for my wife and gave it a try. Stuck with the pre-programmed workout and it kicked my butt. Not crazy challenging, but effective. My hip flexor pain is significantly reduced after one workout and I’m ready for a nap! 100% approve

I received this as a Christmas present. It’s really good quality and came with lots of accessories. It’s a very heavy machine, so it might take 2 people to set up.

This replaced a rather old, cheaper model and so far I love it. The vibrations feel gentler yet somehow more intense.

Mild Vibration

At the highest vibration settings and modes, it has a very subtle vibration. It doesn’t feel like it engages my muscles like my previous plate did from another company. This Rumblex Pro plate might be somewhat helpful for lymph flow, but this is not what I’m looking for. I use a rebounder for lymph. It’s possible this plate is not working properly. Not certain.
