Great for Lymphatic Drainage

Loving the Rumblex plus so far! I'm a health coach/yoga therapist and i've attended around 15 events in last 18 months! Longevity/wellness/biohacking etc. This is as good as any vibration plate I've tried there and a fraction of the cost.

Very happy with the rumblex pro 4d. I bought it for it's superior ability to activate and heal muscles while also engaging the full body lymph system to get things moving again. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going on it twice a day and glad I got the upgraded model. It has so many settings (60 speeds), and vibration, left and right oscillation and up and down oscillation. I love to mediate on the vibration setting and detox on higher settings.
