Been looking at the LifePro vibration plates for a while. Was going to buy the entry level product but there was such a good buy on the Rumblex pro 4d I had to get it. So impressed with everything that was included in the box.

So Far So Good

Just unboxed and tried out the Rumblex Pro. Everything was in the box and only a few things were required to get going. The machine is quiet and stable. Looking forward to learning the different programs and which one(s) match my training and conditioning needs. I’m especially hoping that this helps my wife and I retain core strength and leg stability as we get older.

This thing is wonderful it shakes so much unnecessary stress tension from you each time I use it at least.. it’s brought awareness to areas I didn’t know needed it and even shaken some old bad body patterns out. Get yourself one
