I love my new vibration plate. I purchased one of the first plates that came out many years ago and I cannot believe how advanced they have become. The Rumblex is amazing!

Not working properly

As described in the instruction booklet, the power cord clicked hard into vibration plate receptacle upon set-up, and now upon using it for only 2-3 times falls out repeatedly.
Also, setting it at the highest speed (60) and on all 3 modes, the vibration is very mild compared to a different brand plate I have, which recently stopped working. I'm 128 lbs & a daily experienced user for several years. I'm disappointed in the power of this Lifepro Rumblex Pro. I'm wondering if this plate is defective.
