Not working properly

As described in the instruction booklet, the power cord clicked hard into vibration plate receptacle upon set-up, and now upon using it for only 2-3 times falls out repeatedly.
Also, setting it at the highest speed (60) and on all 3 modes, the vibration is very mild compared to a different brand plate I have, which recently stopped working. I'm 128 lbs & a daily experienced user for several years. I'm disappointed in the power of this Lifepro Rumblex Pro. I'm wondering if this plate is defective.

Just putting it together and I have the “LifePro”. I unpacked a wrist controller, but the Pro should come with a remote controller. Will call and see what is happening. Will update.

4D vibration

This really does feel like a full body massage. Anytime I feel a little bit of tightness, I just stand on this and it does the trick!
