Ive noticed better circulation and tine in my legs, buttocks, arms and waist. Im also combining weight training at the gym and eating better.

We absolutely love the lifepro Rumblex pro 4d vibration plate. We've been using everyday since we got it. I think we are kind of addicted to it! We would definitely buy it again

So far it’s good

I’ve only had the vibration plate for a few days. So far, so good but too soon to tell if I feel much difference. I went with the Pro but I’m thinking I should gone with the one a step down that came with many preset programs. I’m not sure why the more expensive model (the Pro) only has 3 preset programs?
Maybe that’s enough. Time will tell.
