heavy duty vibe board

I ordered the vibe board because my chiropractor has a vibe plate in his office but at a much higher price point. I wanted one for at home because it's a drive to get to the office and I wanted something I could use often. The board came packaged very securely and was pretty easy to add straps, etc. It even has wheels for easy moving! I've only tried it once so far, just to get used to how it goes. I'm hoping to sleep better and feel less stiff. I'm hoping it will help hubby to lower his blood pressure too. It looks to be a fine product and would recommend to others.

Just received this, opened it up and got it set up, it was fairly easy. Tried it out using the 3 preset auto programs for about 10 minutes, felt pretty good, I'm excited to look up some video's on how to get more out of it.
