I am thoroughly impressed with my vibration plate. I have observed a noticeable difference within the first week of regular use. The pre-set programs are particularly convenient, as I can easily cycle through each of the daily routines. Notably, I have noticed a positive impact on my thighs, particularly when bending my knees and utilizing the stretch bands that came with the plate.

I’ve had this device for approximately 1 month and I LOVE IT (and so does my family!) I’ve only missed not using for a couple of days when we were out of town, but most days I use it at least twice a day, following my workout. I took measurements the day I received it, so I’m looking forward to remeasuring at the end of month 2. Can one use it too much?
