I love my LifePro vibration plate

I am turning 72 this March. I have chronic sinus issues and using this plate 2-3 times a day for 10 minutes each has already made a difference. I can feel my sinuses draining and clearing up more with each use. I also love it when I'm sore from standing a long time. It helps calm the arthritis in my back and relieves the ache in my feet and legs.

At the age of 65 and recently diagnosed as diabetic, I needed a passive but effective means of exercise to help maintain blood glucose levels.
