Just started using my new Rumblex Pro 4D Vibration Plate and it exceeds my expectations. It is solidly built, comes with great accessories for work outs, and is easy to use. I really like the three preset programs. Excited about including it into my daily work out routine. Have my parents using it as well for lymphatic stimulation.

Purchased this to help with my lymphedema. I have lymphedema on my left side, leg, and arm. I feel like my arm and leg are not as achy, so I'm really hoping this vibration plate will help.
