I have had a knee replacement in each knee and am very anxious to see how my vibration plate is going to help me gain back my balance and strengthen my legs and the rest of me. I am prepping to do more Hiking and I believe that this will help me do that.

Great product. Almost too powerful. I have to use it at the lowest setting.
I'm having trouble accessing your member portal for the training videos. Keep getting an error message. So frustrating!
