Ready to Rumble

I am not quite sure what to say being that I have only tried out my plate twice since my recent purchase. I can say the 2 times I did when I got off the tightness in my hips was gone. I am not sure why the next day my knees was experiencing pain. I had total a total knee replacement in my right knee 7 months ago so I am not sure if that was the reason for the knee pain. I iced the knee and kept it moving. I am still confident I made the right decision in purchasing this plate. My hips and back felt less tension and tightness.

This machine has been life-changing. My husband uses it every morning for 10 minutes, and he says it helps him wake up feeling refreshed and more energetic throughout the day.

This is my first vibrating plate. It seems to be of good quality and works very well. I’ve only used it a couple of times, but definitely plan to incorporate into my exercise routine on a regular basis.

A Game Changer

I felt an immediate difference after the first use, climbing the stairs felt half as difficult. After a spinal fusion, and then SI Joint fusion (8 and 3 years post op, cleared by my surgeon prior to use), my body takes longer to recover from any strenuous activity. Detailing a car, bathing a large dog, and cleaning house in one day would normally leave me out of commission the next day, however I used this product and felt fine, as if I already spent my day recovering. I also work a sedentary job, and this has helped my back and hip soreness after my shift. I can do squats EASILY on the plate, as if it takes most of the effort out of it. I'm hoping to see improvement with lymphatic system as well, but I know it's still early, but for the first few days, it's already impressed me so much!
