I was really skeptical when I bought it, but after a few weeks, I can tell you that I don't feel as bloated when I use the vibration plate. I actually enjoy working out.

First 5 minutes 63 and tired and in pain

I’m that person that does not go to gyms or works out, if I did, I would probably feel better than what I do, I’m always in pain. I walk a lot, but I do not exercise. After using it and only the first five minutes of having this Rumblexpro I’m moving and without the pain. I just need to find all the videos on how to use it and use it correctly.
