For Christmas, My Mom and sister received a LifePro Vibration Plate and I loved it. Had to order one for myself! Very Easy set up and get going on a workout.

I have been using it for couple of weeks now, every day 10mins in the evening, I have cold feet at night and night sweats, this has improved drastically, and I’m able to sleep through the night without waking up.

4D vibration plate

I love this vibration plate. I have Charcot-Marie Tooth disease and this is a great addition to help relieve symptoms of neuropathy.

I received the Rumblex Plus as a gift, and so far I'm loving it. I have lipedema, so this tool has helped with the heavy and achy feeling I get in my limbs. I love that even a few minutes can make a different in how I feel!
