Lifepro Rumblex Pro 4D Vibration Plate

Received this plate today. The set up was easy with a detailed booklet of instructions. I've used the plate once standing and once sitting. I have not tried any of the attachments yet. I was concerned that the plate would affect my motion sickness, but I'm happy to report that it doesn't! I'm looking forward to learning more about different exercises I can do on the plate.

I just unpacked, but I had to evaluate the vibration. I was really worried it would shake the floor, but it is contained. I am very excited to get started. I just unpacked. I’m still have to add all the other accessories.

Bought it to help with lymphatic drainage, bone loss, inflammation

We have had our LifePro Rumblex 4D Plus for less than a month, but we absolutely love it so far and go on it multiple times a day. We love using it for 2 minutes on oscillating at 30 - sitting on a couch with our feet on the plate or standing on the plate. It is too early to attest to significant results, but we are very happy with our purchase.

Small Machine, Big Workout – Rumblex Pro

The Rumblex Pro vibration plate has been a great addition to my home workouts. Even short sessions feel effective because the vibration forces your muscles to engage more. I’ve used it for squats, glute bridges, planks, and even just standing recovery sessions. It’s compact, easy to store, and surprisingly powerful. If you’re looking for something that adds variety to workouts without taking up a lot of room, this is definitely worth trying. You won’t regret!
