Not sure why they make you review it as part of registering it. I've barely touched it so far and usually people are supposed to register it right away, so they should probably give people more time to try it before forcing feedback.

Only had it a few days but it seems like my muscles have been less sore. Not sure about how much of a workout they are getting yet but it definitely helps after a hard workout to get the muscle soreness out.
