Its a very sturdy piece of kit and seems to cover all basis.
theres a couple of screws missing down the sides which doesn't seem to affect how it works and also it rattles making me think the screws are lose inside but I've no way of knowing.

This Lifepro plate is a great addition to our home gym. You can really feel how the vibrations affect your body. The plate has tons of settings and variability to dial in exactly what you need for your session. Can’t wait to spend more time with it.

Only just received it today so can't say much about its efficacy. The one thing is that the feet kind of stained a lighter colored rug so if you have lighter carpet or rug probably not a good place to use it.
