I only had the vibration plate for a week. 1st day I started out with the 3 modes together with the speed at 1 and now doing the speed at 15 and I do go for the 10 minutes. I am trying to strengthen my ankles and my overall body toning.

It was very frustrating to register this product.
I have not used this unit, as the contraindications seem to prevent almost everyone from using it.
I have not asked my drs. but I think they will advise against it, if they don't know anything about it. I am going try to contact them now and will let you know if I need to return the unit.

We have had for 2 weeks. Things we have experienced on the machine is ichying. Which I know means circulation. Also, a little sore when we do squats etc on it, which is what we want! Want to work these muscles. Also, makes us have to go pee. Great thing because they tells us its moving things!
